Chicken 65 is one of the classic dishes of South Indian culinary experience. With its claimed origin in the South Indian City of Chennai (Madras) and was introduced in 1965 at the famous Buhari restaurant. Many interesting and different historical claims for how the name “Chicken 65” had come into existence. Some theories even say that the chicken was cut into 65 pieces and 65 ingredients were used to prepare the dish. We attempted to capture its true essence and feel in our marinade. Add roasted curry leaves to give it an authentic Chennai Feel. Our marinade is manufactured from all-natural herb and spices ingredients with no artificial flavours and colours.
Suggested dosage/usage: As our Premium Marinades are concentrated blends, usage will be 40 to 50 grams per kg or as appropriate/desired for meat, fish or vegetables. Above dosages are minimum recommendations. Please arrive at appropriate dosages based on your needs and usage. Please use appropriate carrier (i.e. oil/yoghurt/water etc) and allow adequate marination time. This will help the meats and vegetables to soak in the spice blend. Add salt to taste.
