This unique salt blend celebrates diversity found within peppers. A beautiful medley of Black pepper, Cubeb pepper, Sichuan pepper, Sancho pepper and Pink pepper – celebrates diversity and harmony. Our Sea salt comes from the coastal salt plains of peninsular India where three water bodies converge i.e. Indian Ocean, Bay of Bengal and the Arabian Sea. The salt from this area is unique in its texture, flaky-ness, transparency and a full-bodied flavour.
